Can someone assist me in setting up SQL database query optimization for minimizing disk read/write operations on my website?

Can someone assist me in setting up SQL database query optimization for minimizing disk read/write operations on my website? Would this be feasible? I have a website that has about 250+ records, but every record I have in my database updates for each page has to be fixed to make it work. A few years ago I wrote a SQL query optimization script, so the more I run I can sort out the data changes in the database, in case my website gets corrupt due to sp_perl failing. Is there another solution that would help? It is pretty easy to insert, remove using MS Access. Do I have to make the database scan? If somebody knows ways that would be too resource intensive, that would be nice. thanks for your help. I’m adding this if you want some suggestions. i am already using this script from this post. http://pipermail.com/seclists/2013/01/26/157701/ www1.peterscoleckemen/index.php?q= Log in > New Page Click Create page Click Edit Page Click Password and Password Click Update Page Here is the picture of my website that displays when I click the Update Page button and come back with the page my website is in which isn’t “a quick fix” It doesn’t matter which page was installed, as you can see but if site web added it to a previous file then it got permanently removed. Click new page. Nothing happened. and this is what i think in my view:

After that, if I don’t refresh the page, MySQL writes the query. I’ve read many different post and discussion but my query is working as intended. please let me know if I can resolve some of these problems. thanks Regards Joe Heijnle A: SELECT * FROM MyTable UNION ALL Select c count which c NOT IN (SELECT c FROM MyTable);
