When I reviewed some other files that I thought were missing in the package-graphics library, they were identical to what I had downloaded. Then was a little differently. Before installing it, I built one copy of it into R Studio 2010. Then went back to R Studio to check it on your test list. But what follows is my result that appears to be RStudio 2010. The package-graphics library doesn’t seem to exist. So I didn’t really need to import the RStudio 2010 library. It was really cool.
